Friday's Five 🖐🏼 #170
Happy Friday's Five,
And Merry Christmas! I am spending the holidays with my sister and her family and hope you're having a relaxing and fun time with your loved ones.
What I'm reading
Incubation, Ideation, and the Art of Editing: Beethoven on Creativity on Brain Pickings.
What I'm listening to
Actor/comedian Connor Ratliff embarks upon a quest to solve a very stupid mystery that has haunted him for two decades: why Tom Hanks fired him from a small role in the 2001 HBO mini-series, Band Of Brothers. Listen here.
What I'm watching
'Family Business' is a French Netflix series. The plot revolves around a failed entrepreneur who finds out that cannabis is about to be legalized in France. He consequently decides to change his kosher butcher shop, inherited from his father, into the first marijuana coffeeshop in France. It's very funny and I enjoyed it a lot. Watch the trailer.
What I'm thinking about
This holiday season I am thinking about my mom and my dad who would have enjoyed spending time with their two grandsons who are funny, clever, and loving.
What else?
Laura Gehlhaar is an author, speaker, and consults organizations on how to be more inclusive for people with disabilities. Our conversation with Laura is the final episode of the Role Models year 2020 and it's open, raw, and vulnerable. Listen to it here.
Thanks for reading, have a great weekend.
